Refund and Return Policy

At Bella & Diva Ltd., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Also, exchanging a jewellery in most of the cases is not possible due to the unique nature of the designs we provide. We sell one piece per design to safeguard your unique style. 

  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued as store credits only, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

    • Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

    • An unboxing video is mandatory when applying for a return. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.

    • Non-Returnable Items:

      • Earrings, nose rings, and anklets (payals) due to hygiene concerns.

      • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer.

      • The color of stones or necklace and other jewellery items might differ as due to reflections and light focus while taking a photograph.  Hence are mostly non refundable but are discussed and resolved after review from our team.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@bellandiva.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • After approval, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days, with a valid tracking number provided to our team.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the unboxing video.
